SIRENE Takes the Stage at the 6th Edition of the Stress Congress

SIRENE 6th Stress Congress

From September 28th to 30th, 2023, SIRENE made its mark on the international stage as our coordinator Carina Dantas presented the project at the esteemed 6th Edition of the Stress Congress held at the Parliament Palace of Bucharest in Romania.

The Stress Congress serves as a vital platform where national and international experts converge to exchange insights, knowledge, and experiences, with a particular focus on showcasing the latest developments in the field. It provides a dynamic space for experts to discuss pertinent issues and explore innovative solutions.

Under the high patronage of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila” in Bucharest, and led by the Ana Aslan International Foundation, this three-day event revolved around the theme “The Challenges of Digitization in Medical Stress Management.” It featured engaging debates, insightful discussions, and pioneering paradigms, providing a rich environment for sharing cutting-edge research and ideas.

Carina took center stage to provide an overview of the current status of the SIRENE project. She highlighted the challenges identified through our rigorous state-of-the-art review and co-creation sessions with experts. Notably, these challenges underscored the pressing need to bridge the worlds of social sciences and social innovation with technology development and the construction industry.

Furthermore, Carina elaborated on the project’s forthcoming steps and ongoing efforts. This includes the thriving Expert Hub, currently comprising 46 experts and the development of a comprehensive knowledge repository. Additionally, she shared exciting news about SIRENE’s upcoming participation in the EU Week of the Regions, where the project will be prominently featured.
